24 Apr Refreshing Grapefruit Juice
Lately I have been wanting to incorporate grapefruit into my diet. I don’t typically eat fruits as-is so I decided to make a delicious and refreshing grapefruit juice that I can easily incorporate into my life.
This juice recipe is super accessible because I created this recipe without the need for a juicer. If you have a juicer you can use it but it’s not necessary.
This juicer free 5-ingredient, 7-minute juice features grapefruit.
Grapefruit is a relatively new fruit, it is the offspring of the pomelo and the orange tree.
Grapefruit provides energizing, purifying, cleansing, and extremely healing results within the body, mind, and spirit! Grapefruit is full of immune-boosting Vitamin C, has anti-inflammatory effects on the body, promotes a clear complexion, reduces cellulite, and has mucus-dissolving properties. You can even use the inside of the peel on your face for a natural cleanser!

Happy (non) juicing!
- 2 grapefruits, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup pineapple
- ½ cup cranberries
- Optional: kale
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.*
- Strain mixture through a nut milk bag, strainer, or cheesecloth into a large bowl to separate the pulp from the juice.
- Use the pulp in a recipe or compost it.
- Pour the fresh juice into glasses to serve!
