Peace Package

I worry, a lot.

Certainly more than I like to admit. I am occasionally reminded of this by the small wart that pops up on my index finger. Yes, the term worry wart is all too accurate. If you too are struggling with worry know that in order to let go of worry, you have to make the decision to prioritize your peace above anything else in your life.

To simply tell yourself to stop worrying is not very effective, which is why I have created the peace package. This package will continually bring you back to a place of peace, as long as you continue to use it. This is one of the best tools to increase your vibration by letting go and letting God. I am ready to commit to letting go of this habit of worry so today I have been submitting worries to my peace package. If you’re ready to let go of your worry and come back to a place of peace I invite you to make your own peace package toady.

To create your own peace package you want to begin by finding a container that you can keep in an area where you find yourself worrying the most. Personally, I am keeping mine in my office so I picked a box that fits the space on my shelves. Pick a container that has a lid and that physically appeals to you and reminds you of the vibration of peace. In your peace package you want to keep a notepad and pen (or at least nearby) so that you can write a handwritten note to God, the Universe, Light, Source (or whatever resonates with you). Write what you want the Universe to know about what is worrying you whether that is work, never ending to-do lists, finances, or dreams. After this, write that you want the most wonderful outcome to come for all involved. For example, “Source, I’m worried that I won’t have enough money to buy a new car when I need to. I believe you want me, and everyone on this planet, to be abundant, safe, and free. I am committing to peace by giving this worry to you. Please help shift my worry into peace by providing me with divine guidance in this situation.” Place the paper into your peace package, let it go, and be open to receiving guidance! It’s that simple.

The guidance you receive may come immediately as you write the note and place it in the box or it may come weeks (or months) later. Know that you will receive guidance when you are meant to receive it. Allow yourself to remain open to guidance. It can come in the form of an idea, image, dream, repeated recommendations from others, or through many other ways. If you get impatient or find yourself worrying again look at your box and remember your commitment to peace. This is why it’s important to keep it in sight in an area where you find yourself naturally having these emotions. Once you receive your guidance be sure to act on it. There is a time for receiving and a time for giving, each one is of equal importance. Once you have received it is time to give back to the Universe by fulfilling whatever you were given to act on.
