Intuitive Wellness Coaching – Why Book a Session

Are you thinking about working with me 1:1?

I want to give you a peek into what an intuitive wellness coaching session looks like. If you’re interested in booking a session right now, fill out this form here. I ask a few questions in this form so that I get to know you and your goals a little better before our call. These forms help me start to connect to my intuition and receive guidance even before our first call. After you fill out the form and sign up for a session you will receive an email reminder the day before your appointment. 

During our one hour voice or video call (depending on your preference) I will ask you a few more questions based on your responses from the form you filled out. This will help both of us get clear about what it is that you want to create and receive from our time together. 

Since everyone is unique from here it can go in many different directions (especially since everyone is working through different things from anxiety to anorexia). I will connect to my intuition and see what comes up that you most need to know right now. I use this guidance along with my educational background in psychology, physical education, meditation, and yoga to assist you. Sometimes I’m guided to give a variety of practical tools to improve your overall lifestyle, other times I receive direct guidance that requires one shift in your mindset, eating, exercise, sleeping, or other regime to receive the results you desire. Each coaching experience is 100% unique and customized to you so that you become the healthiest, happiest you!

Many times there is time for clarification based on the information that is presented. After this I leave you with some homework to implement until our next session. Depending on your needs, sometimes one call is all it takes to make radical life changing shifts in your health and wellbeing. Other times it requires weekly calls to dive deeper and deeper into your truth to develop a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I’m here to help you celebrate your successes and help brainstorm when something isn’t working for you as we move forward together.
