❥ weekly (40 minute) online yoga classes:
all classes will be a flowing practice linking movement to breath, followed by longer holds for getting deeper into your stretches. Classes are designed to bring balance to your body, mind, and soul to leave you feeling refreshed. Props are not mandatory but recommended if you typically use them in your practice. Beginner and advanced yogis are welcome.
