Are you ready to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit?


Join intuitive wellness coach and yoga teacher Gillian Elizabeth for this exclusive 1-Day Wellness Retreat. During this 1-Day retreat you will be invited into Gillian’s home to learn about intuitive eating, indulge in an hour and a half long yoga class, followed by tea time, a cooking demonstration, and a meal together.


Achieve an abundance of knowledge to increase your health, happiness, and self-love during this one day retreat! You will:

  • Learn practical tools to help you become an intuitive eater
  • Understand how to nourish your body
  • Develop a connection with your inner guide
  • Learn some basic cooking techniques and how to prepare a vegan meal
  • Experience a hands-on yoga class


PLUS, you will receive take home tools to apply what you learned during the retreat into your everyday life. As well as a surprise goodie bag to aid your wellness journey.
