Serve this dairy-free eggnog with coconut whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- ½ cup ice cubes, water or non-dairy milk
- 1 frozen banana, halved
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
