Daily Eats on an Active Day {7.6.18}

Good morning beautiful!

Yesterday I recorded another day of eats. It was full of yummy goodness….as always.

Breakfast (7:30 am)

As you likely already know I am absolutely obsessed with this smoothie.  It is almost always a daily eat for me. This smoothie is made with bananas, mango, spinach, chaga mushroom powder, spirulina, cacao, peanut butter, and water. My superfood supply is getting seriously low so I will have to get some more MSM and maca. I can seriously feel the difference in my body and mind when I stop taking them!

Snack (12:30 pm)

After breakfast I taught a yin yoga class and completed a short arm workout. Upon arriving back home I was super hungry but I had lunch plans at 2PM so I made a satisfying snack. I made this 10-minute broccoli recipe (without the beans and rice) and added water chestnuts.

Lunch (2:30 pm)

I went out to lunch with a friend and we decided to split everything. We shared a BBQ jackfruit burger with fries and garlic aioli sauce with an order of the buffalo style chickpea wings. It was so satisfying!

Dinner (8 pm)

After lunch I got some work done, responded to some of your guys emails, and then went for a hike with Hugo and a friend. When we got back I had some nice cream with peanut butter and a bowl of vanilla oatmeal with peanut butter, chocolate, and coconut milk. I swear the oatmeal made me sleepy because I was so relaxed after eating it I was ready for bed.
