{Daily Eats} What I Ate Wednesday

Breakfast (9:00 am)

I woke up at 6:30am this morning to meditate and journal. After that I had some water and started doing some work. Around 9 o’clock I began to get hungry and went downstairs to make myself some nice cream. I used 2 ½ frozen bananas, cacao powder, and spirulina in the nice cream. I added peanut butter and kamut puffs on the sides. Yum!

Lunch (2:15 pm)

For lunch I had sweet potato fries with cauliflower cheese, lentils, diced tomatoes, and basil. It was so filling.

Snack (5:15 pm)

I wasn’t super hungry but I definitely needed a bit more energy to get me through teaching two back to back yoga classes so I drank a smoothie. I added banana, cacao, cacao nibs, chlorella, and of course, peanut butter.

Dinner (8:30 pm)

After teaching two yoga classes I was super hungry when I arrived home. This meal looks good but it honestly wasn’t very satisfying. I’m not a huge fan of green salads (unless it has some sort of creamy dressing or really filling component like tempeh or roasted vegetables) but I wanted to use some of the fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the garden. This salad has lettuce, sliced strawberries, tomatoes, cranberries, and walnuts with a peach oil dressing. The bread is a gluten free hummus bread I made yesterday topped with earth balance butter.

I drank about 2 litres of water throughout the day.

That’s it for my eats today. Remember these posts are meant to show you that freedom from food is possible! Contact me today if you’re interested in learning how to honour your hunger and start intuitively eating.
