Good morning!

Today I’m back to share another daily eats post. Remember that these posts are not meant for comparison. They are meant to show you that breaking up with your diet once and for all and tuning into your body to eat can leave you feeling happy, healthy, and most importantly free!

Breakfast (9:45 am)

I made nice cream for breakfast with 2 bananas, strawberries, and a dash of coconut milk. I topped it with chocolate syrup made with cacao, maca, PB2, and maple syrup. I also had warm lemon water because I was feeling a bit congested.

After breakfast I shared some recent client testimonials and the #projectbodylove project I will be participating in on my Instagram story. I am so excited to share my thoughts about all of these topics with you. Lunch (1:40 pm)

I was feeling verrryyyy hungry at lunchtime. I made this pasta I picked up a couple of weeks ago from Goodness Me! It smelled very unusual while it was cooking but it was so satisfying to eat. I topped it with a tomato and roasted garlic sauce which I added onion and spinach to. I also topped it with a generous serving of brazil nut parmesan. As I said, I was feeling very hungry. Halfway through this dish I went in to top it with more sauce and parmesan. I ended up eating about two-thirds of the noodles.

Smoothie (4:20 pm)

After lunch I edited and uploaded a new video on 4 useful tips for intuitive eating and had some client calls.

I made a smoothie before heading out to the gym. I made this smoothie with a banana, handful of spinach, clementine, water, and the leftover chocolate syrup from breakfast (why not right?).

After the gym I had a spoonful of peanut butter to tide me over while waiting to go get dinner.

Dinner (7:40 pm)

For dinner I had some Pho. I thought I was way more hungry than I actually was and only ended up eating about a third of my eggplant curry with baby corn and rice. I also had a spring roll and a fresh roll. Always so satisfying.

 

I drank a little over 2 litres of water throughout the day.
