Meditation for Sleep: 3-2-1 Countdown

This countdown meditation for sleep video will allow you to settle the body and mind to a state of peace and relaxation. Allow me to guide you to a state of deep relaxation allowing you to rest completely into a sound sleep.

This sequence will help:

>>  Allow you to go to bed faster

    No matter how you do it, losing weight is an individual thing. Friends can help you but they can’t lose the weight for you. You’ve got to take charge of your weight loss from the beginning if you want to get serious about losing weight. The following tips will help.

      Yes you’re very right James, losing weight has to be an individual choice because it requires a lot of mental and physical effort to shift your dynamics.
